About
Vukamusha Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded in year 2013, aimed at combating the social challenges faced by children and youth on a daily basis and develop them to be agents of positive change in their communities. We realised that there were not enough programmes outside of the school curriculum that cater to a need for “prevention” before cure programmes.
We are dedicated to imparting knowledge, skills and awareness amongst the poorest strata of the society with emphasis on learners administration and out of school youth. Through implementation of schools intervention programmes, entrepreneurial skills development programmes, life skills and leadership skills development programmes, employment generation programmes, taking care of destitute, empowering girls and women, encouraging education, HIV/AIDS and other related diseases awareness, alcohol and substance abuse awareness and violence against women and children awareness.
